## Description

As a (Senior) Manager SAP SuccessFactors, you play a key role in advancing MHP's projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

Your tasks include:

- Leading design sessions with clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and providing guidance on solution best practices

- Implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system technical setup, and guiding client testing sessions

- Providing post-go-live support, user training, and system/process documentation

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor in HR transformation and system implementation

- Helping shape the practice while developing clients' service portfolios

Requirements:

- A completed degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting

- Familiarity with best-practice solutions and methodologies

- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or SAP SuccessFactors Certification (ideally EC/REC/ONB)

- Confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams

- Fluent in English and German at least B2

- Flexibility and willingness to travel
