## Description

Technical Support Engineers are the first line of defence for our users, debugging tricky issues, building automations to streamline workflows, and ensuring every interaction with Cursor is smooth and impactful. You'll partner closely with product and engineering to champion the voice of the customer and shape how AI-powered developer support scales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing in-depth technical support via support tickets and Slack messages, resolving complex user-reported issues and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Debugging, reproducing, and troubleshooting software bugs and usability problems.

Designing and building internal tools and automations to scale support operations.

Representing Anysphere in technical conversations with enterprise users and developers.

Partnering with Product and Engineering to escalate critical issues and feed insights into the roadmap.

Maintaining and expanding user-facing documentation and internal knowledge bases to empower both customers and teammates.

We're looking for a self-starter with strong debugging skills and a passion for digging deep into technical problems. You should have clear, concise communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
