## Description

We are seeking a senior private banking profile to join our team in Madrid. As a senior private banker, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of assigned clients, providing financial services and advice according to the bank's model.

You will work closely with other segments of the bank to prospect the market and capture new clients. Your goal will be to meet client acquisition and satisfaction targets, using your knowledge of clients, products, and markets to generate sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Meet client acquisition and satisfaction targets, using client knowledge, products, and market expertise to generate sales opportunities

- Acquire new clients and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned clients through research and continuous contact

- Familiarise yourself with relevant legal, regulatory, and bank policy requirements and act accordingly

- Serve as a connection with existing clients and work to secure new client opportunities

- Achieve objectives set by the bank in line with your profile and portfolio

- Collaborate with other bank departments on the strategy for Bank for Entrepreneurs, leveraging available resources to offer comprehensive solutions and services to clients

Habilidades:

- Accredited education and qualifications relevant to the position

- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles

- Excellent communication and commercial skills, with the ability to generate trust and establish strong relationships with high-level clients

- Strategic vision and results-oriented approach

- Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency

- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, optimise workflows, and resolve business problems, while ensuring responsible and ethical use of data and AI-generated results
