As a Sales Manager II, you will own the acquisition and engagement of single-outlet independent restaurants across an assigned city. You will be the primary touchpoint for these restaurants, learning their business, understanding their challenges, and building a partnership to help them drive growth in orders, visibility, and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Own a defined geographic territory: build strong and successful relationships with assigned restaurant partners

- Conduct in-person visits, walking restaurants through product demos, ROI analysis, and presenting how working with Swiggy is a mutually beneficial relationship

- Diagnose restaurant needs through questions about their current channels, delivery logistics, marketing spend, and business goals

- Manage the full lifecycle each month, pitching, negotiation, activation, and ongoing support to the restaurant partner

- Track adoption metrics, identify why restaurants aren't growing, troubleshoot issues, and course-correct

- Own targets within your territory; track your own pipeline and conversion rates

- Have advanced knowledge of Excel/Googlesheet/WSP

- Stay updated on restaurant trends, competitive landscape, and local market dynamics

- Conduct 80 to 90 in-person meetings with restaurant partners a month

**Qualifications**

- 0-2 years in B2B sales, field sales, or business development (preferably in FMCG, food/beverage, or hotel industry)

- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing your own pipeline

- Comfort with data, especially Excel

- Post-graduated preferably in marketing or sales
