## Description

The HKUST Fok Ying Tung Graduate School (FYTGS) is seeking a self-motivated individual for an Assistant Officer/Officer role in postgraduate outreach and admissions.

The successful candidate will handle various administrative duties related to student recruitment and admissions, including:

- Managing postgraduate student admissions and special schemes

- Liaising with offices and verifying admissions-related information

- Issuing offers and supporting student visa applications

- Conducting data tracking and analysis

- Organizing information for summary reports

- Managing admissions databases

- Providing support at meetings and recruitment events

The ideal candidate should have:

- A recognized bachelor's or associate degree

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience

- Experience in student admissions in higher education being an advantage

- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

- Good knowledge of software applications

- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure

The role is full-time, with a starting salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and a gratuity upon successful completion of the contract.

The contract duration is 2 years, renewable.
