## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team in Kinross, Perth and Kinross, for a fixed-term assignment. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is ready for the day ahead, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our colleagues.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare the store for the day ahead by filling shelves and ensuring the workspace is tidy

- Collect and move stock safely from the warehouse to the shopfloor

- Work across different parts of the store, including chilled and frozen areas

- Use equipment, handsets, and digital systems to complete tasks accurately and safely

- Provide excellent customer service and support colleagues

Requirements:

- Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service

- Ability to work in a physically demanding role and adapt to the disruption of working overnight

- Committed team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility and willingness to work across the store and take on new challenges

- Open to learning and developing new skills
