## Description

As a Technician Specialist with John Lewis & Partners, you will bring their distinctive service to customers' doors, installing products like furniture, kitchen appliances, and TV sets as part of a 2-person delivery crew driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.

In addition to your contractual pay, you will receive Evening Premiums of £3.25 per hour for work between 18:00 - 22:00 and Night Premiums of £4.25 per hour for work between 22:00 - 06:00.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing great customer service as an ambassador for the John Lewis brand

- Coaching, developing, and assessing delivery driver colleagues

- Helping load the lorry with daily deliveries

- Demonstrating respect and courtesy for customers' homes

- Installing products efficiently and quickly

- Keeping up to date with new products and technologies

- Maintaining a safe working environment

The role requires previous installation experience, a manual C1 UK driving licence, DCPC or Drivers Qualification Card, and previous experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.

The pay range for this role is £32,500 - £44,500 per annum.
