## Description

As a Team Leader at Asda, you'll lead the day-to-day running of your department, supporting colleagues and ensuring customers receive excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-focused approach

- Support colleagues and help new starters

- Manage stock and solve problems on the shop floor

- Work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and motivate your team

**Requirements:**

- Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment

- Willingness to take on responsibility and support others

- Good communication skills and a can-do attitude

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
