## Description

We're seeking a Business Development Representative, Cantonese Speaking, to join our team at Cloudflare. You'll contribute to revenue generation by delivering pipeline at scale to Sales counterparts, focusing on people, process, and tools. As the 'face of Cloudflare,' you'll manage your own book of business, nurturing relationships with free, pro, and business customers to identify expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for customers needing help finding solutions

- Develop customer-centric sales skills to deliver a stellar customer experience

- Learn Cloudflare's products and services in detail

- Own and meet target quota related to qualified opportunities, sales pipeline value, and revenue

- Develop new business opportunities from the existing customer base

- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases

- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders

- Help lead BDR team-wide campaigns or initiatives

- Write effective emails and make compelling calls

- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC

- Play an active role in creating and iterating team processes

- Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms

- Fluent in Cantonese

- Minimum 1 year of experience in BDR or similar capacity in the technology industry, preferably in SaaS

- Experience with Google Sheets, Outreach, SFDC reporting, and data analysis is a plus
