## Description

We are seeking a Senior Director, Executive Compensation to join our People Experience & Workplaces team at Electronic Arts. As a Senior Director, Executive Compensation, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing executive compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of executive compensation practices and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders to develop and implement compensation programs that align with the company's business strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement executive compensation programs that attract and retain top talent

- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders

- Analyse market data and industry trends to inform compensation decisions

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 8+ years of experience in executive compensation or related field

- Strong knowledge of executive compensation practices and regulatory requirements

- Excellent communication and analytical skills
