## Description

We are seeking an experienced Country Technology Manager to lead our Technology department in Pakistan, covering branches in Karachi and Lahore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and leading the Technology department, with a focus on supporting and executing the organisation's vision in Service Operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Articulate the objectives of the Technology, Data and Innovation Group division strategy

- Provide leadership and direction for the development of proposals and delivery of initiatives

- Ensure effective implementation and client satisfaction

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues

- Collaborate with colleagues to support delivery of products and achieve positive outcomes

- Drive the implementation of innovative business change solutions

- Represent the 'Voice of the Customer' within the TDI/GTI division

- Provide Control and Performance oversight

- Actively support Clients' performance against agreed financial and non-financial targets

- Collaborate with Service Operations and Vendor & Performance Management colleagues

- Highlight operational, regulatory, and other risks to Clients' Directors and COO

- Drive Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives

**Accountabilities:**

- Experience in one or more relevant technical areas

- Experience managing client interface aspects of implementation projects

- Provide ongoing and/or ad-hoc advice and project support

- Provide advice in relation to regulatory submissions to CMA

**Decision Making:**

- Develop innovative business solutions and provide strategic advice and guidance

- Design and implement a sound financial and operating control environment

- Manage key stakeholder requirements/requests

- Deliver advisory and technical advice to the business and stakeholders

- Represent the IT function on local boards/committees/forums

- Manage departmental budget and identify opportunities for saving

**Leadership Responsibilities:**

- Actively manage, mentor, and lead a team of 5 technology employees

- Good leader, able to work in virtual, global teams in a matrix organisation

- Able to work in a high-pressure environment

- Adhere to and promote the Company's values and ethical framework

**Experience:**

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Technology Management, in the financial sector
