As a Production Support Analyst with mthree, you'll play a vital role in enterprise technology, ensuring the technical systems and processes other teams rely on run smoothly.

**What You'll Learn at mthree Academy**

- Discuss production support activity at a high level, including ITIL, monitoring, DevOps, SRE, and disaster recovery

- Understand common financial topics, such as financial markets, equity trading, derivatives, currency, treasury, regulation, and risk

- Write basic computer programs in Python, including user input, common data structures, and flow of control

- Use MySQL to perform CRUD operations on a relational database

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM subject

- GPA of 2.75 or higher

- Ability to troubleshoot and take an analytical approach to solving problems

- Right to work in Canada without needing visa sponsorship
