## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Storage Services Architect to design and build the next-generation architecture and software for managing storage services. You will support NVIDIA's engineers, architects, and AI/ML teams. Your responsibilities will include defining, building, and managing an enterprise software engineering platform to manage storage infrastructure and services.

**Responsibilities:**

- Define, build, and manage an all-encompassing enterprise software engineering platform to manage storage infrastructure and services

- Design and expand REST APIs for on-demand storage management

- Build and integrate provisioning, metrics, monitoring, and software to enable management workflows for storage services

- Develop tooling to automate deployment and management of large-scale design-storage environments

- Document general procedures and practices, perform technology evaluations, and coordinate and track system orders, installations, and deployment

**Requirements:**

- BS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of relevant experience, MS with 5+ years of experience, or PhD with 3 years of experience

- Extensive experience building and owning large-scale, multi-threaded, distributed backend systems

- Experience designing and building REST APIs in Python or Go

- Background with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

- Background with telemetry stacks (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus monitoring, AlertManager, and Kibana)

- Strong collaborative and social skills

**Nice to Have:**

- Demonstrated work with Open-Source software

- Experience with solving Linux storage-related problems

- Experience with design, deployment, and management of Enterprise NAS solutions

- Background with HPC cluster management tools

**Salary:** The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.
