## Description

The Starting Hourly Rate is $17.75 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $17.75 USD - $26.65 USD per hour.

As a Small Format Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store is well-stocked, accurately priced, and clean. Your duties will include:

- Providing excellent guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating guest needs

- Working in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor

- Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Supporting execution of major transitions

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness

- Accurately executing all Fills, processing inbound deliveries, and completing backroom weekly audits

- Operating power equipment only if certified

- Following processes accurately with attention to detail and prioritizing tasks

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Working in a safe manner at all times and reporting hazards

- Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up

This role requires:

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

- Ability to work both independently and with a team

- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

- Accurately handling cash register operations as needed

- Climbing up and down ladders as needed

- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely

- Flexibility when picking up shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Active engagement by picking up and working shifts and responding to attempts at contact

- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
