## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director, PE Business Partner - AI & UGC to join their People Experience team.

The role involves supporting EA's AI & UGC organization, partnering with leaders to build new capabilities at the intersection of technology, creativity, and player experience.

Responsibilities:

- Build talent strategies and People Experience roadmaps

- Partner with senior leaders to build leadership capability, enable business strategy, and support organizational effectiveness

- Develop people practices that help the organization scale with speed and discipline

- Identify structural or cultural barriers and build lightweight solutions

- Track people and organizational metrics and provide insights that inform decisions

- Guide workforce and talent planning, including succession, hiring strategy, and capability development

- Raise the talent bar through thoughtful talent reviews and planning

- Simplify how work gets done by establishing scalable operating rhythms and planning processes

Requirements:

- 10+ years in HR/People Experience, with experience in startups and high-growth environments

- Proven ability to build HR/people infrastructure from scratch and reinvent it as organizations scale

- Strong in org design, change leadership, and talent strategy

- Demonstrated ability to balance speed with strategic scaling

- Comfortable challenging leaders and inspiring them to think differently

- Passion for building cultures that embrace experimentation and continuous reinvention
