## Description

We are seeking a Divisional Risk and Control Analyst to join our team in Mumbai, India.

The Private Bank combines Deutsche Bank's private clients business in Germany and its international business with private and commercial clients together with Wealth Management in a single division. The Private Bank provides high-quality advice to ~20 million clients and a broad range of financial services in many countries.

As a Divisional Risk and Control Analyst, you will be part of the Business Risk & Controls (BRC) team, which oversees non-financial risks, conduct & control topics, and regulatory changes. You will work across global PB franchise delivering complex key risk and control agenda, adding value for the Business to reduce complexity and enhance controls.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Oversight/support in execution of non-financial risk topics including Control and Conduct topics

- Risk Assessments / Deep Dives for specific non-financial risk related themes

- Develop subject matter expertise on non-financial themes (incl. controls) within the remit of the team

- Close cooperation with various BR&C stakeholders and Business Partners across the globe

- Ensure that any sensitive issues are escalated promptly with sound analysis and recommendations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Knowledge of non-financial risks themes and control requirements

- Experience of working with non-financial risk processes and findings area

- Relevant experience in the Retail Banking / Private Banking sector and/or experience in financial services or consultancy

- University degree

- Very strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Ability to work in challenging situations

- Strong work ethic, commitment to excel and proven capacity to work effectively with limited supervision
