## Description

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers operations with the purpose of building a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

As a FBS HRIS Administrator, you will support the configuration, user permissions, testing, integration, and basic reporting of claims systems.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain reliability and performance of claims systems by monitoring, running tests, and troubleshooting.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to proactively identify, evaluate, and resolve moderately complex to complex issues related to claims systems.

- Act as a subject matter expert in one or more claims systems.

- Apply in-depth knowledge to efficiently manage and troubleshoot system-related issues.

- Provide technical support for end users and respond to various questions and issues.

- Coordinate with IT to configure and manage claims systems within the IT infrastructure.

- Implement Agile methodology when collaborating with cross-functional teams and IT to develop plans, schedules, and requirements for deployment of claims systems.

- Research, develop, test, and implement claims systems upgrades or enhancements.

- Recommend technology solutions to improve manual processes.

- Conduct and respond to regular audits of claims systems to ensure compliance.

- Implement measures for systems and data security and adherence to requirements.

- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors to optimize the integration and use of claims systems.

- Query and manipulate data to solve business problems, including data extraction from relational databases.

- Create and maintain defined processes and practices to ensure consistent and effective operation of claims systems.

- Take ownership of procedural guides by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure comprehensive documentation of claims systems, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and reference purposes.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience working as an IS Administrator or related.

- Understanding of HR procedures.

- 2+ years working with SAP Success Factor or other platforms.

- Understanding of M365 tools.

- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
