## Description

We are looking for an ambitious Global Support Executive to join our Asset Services team in Kuala Lumpur. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Asset Servicing workflow, delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Understand the processes and functions of Asset Servicing workflow

- Ensure accurate processing to meet client expectations

- Monitor daily operational efficiency and ensure quality targets are achieved

- Resolve issues or escalate them as needed

- Provide support for ad-hoc projects related to operational data

Requirements:

- Degree in accounting, finance, management, or business administration

- Extensive knowledge of Corporate Action and Funds

- Experience in a securities processing environment with at least 18 months of securities experience

- Good communication, planning, and organizing skills

- Proficiency in MS Office with numerical and analytical skills

- Fluency in English with good conversational and telephone skills

Desirable skills:

- Exposure to Corporate Action or Securities Services life cycles
