## Description

We are seeking an Inbound Expert to join our General Merchandise team. As an Inbound Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a great shopping experience by receiving and processing shipments, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

The Starting Hourly Rate is $16.25 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $16.25 USD - $24.40 USD per hour. Effective from 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an already existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.

Responsibilities:

- Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues

- Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation

- Stock, organise and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor

- Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for General Merchandise categories

- Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise

- Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance

- Work in a safe manner at all times and report hazards

- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive up

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age or older

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

- Work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
