## Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking an Implementation Services Consultant to join its team in Mexico City. As a key player in this role, you will develop and deliver high-impact projects for clients in the Mexican market, focusing on implementing and executing projects on behalf of issuers, acquirers, and merchants.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end technology implementation and digital transformation projects

- Manage delivery across scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, milestones, KPIs, and quality

- Define and execute project governance, ensuring clear decision-making and accountability

- Coordinate cross-functional technical squads, including internal teams, client teams, architects, developers, and implementation specialists

- Ensure implementation roadmaps are realistic, sequenced, and aligned with client infrastructure

- Guide architecture decisions from a delivery perspective

- Act as the main interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and timely decision-making

- Maintain a client-focused and value-driven approach throughout the delivery lifecycle

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree

- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering

- 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry, payments, consulting, or similar

- Technological-driven mindset, digitally savvy, and up-to-date with the latest market and industry analytical and digital trends

- Problem-solving ability with a strategic focus on influencing ROI

- Knowledge of Agile methodology, mainly Kanban and Scrum

- Experience with Product Discovery, creating mind maps, mapping processes, services, or products

- Previous experience as a Product Manager or Tech Lead

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

- Team player

- Spanish and English proficiency required
