## Description

We are seeking a Manager - Business Finance to join our team at SWIGGY in Bengaluru, KA, India. As a Business Finance Partner for Customer Experience Charter, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders across Customer Experience (Cx) charter and partner teams, providing financial guidance and co-owning business targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing financial models and analyses to support cost optimization and profitability improvements

- Driving profitability analysis and supporting business performance reviews

- Supervising processes to ensure long-term plans/forecast activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner

- Identifying and developing cost-saving opportunities across the charter by eliminating inefficiencies in the process

- Working with cross-functional teams to tie end-to-end financial planning

- Preparing and managing quarterly and annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecasting

- Setting up processes and controls, operational and financial metrics analysis

The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have demonstrated the ability to effectively manage the finances of a high-growth business. You will work closely with operation managers to drive down inefficient costs and optimize for steady-state costing. You will also facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management.

Requirements:

- 4-7 years of experience post-qualification

- Master's in Business – Finance/Strategy or CA is preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams

- Knowledge of SQL is preferred

- Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new ways of approaching business problems

- Continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
