## Description

Capgemini is looking for a Senior System Architect specializing in Mainframe technologies to join our dynamic team. As a Senior System Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing mainframe systems architectures that meet complex business requirements. You will leverage your extensive experience to create innovative solutions that enhance system performance and scalability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and implement mainframe architecture solutions that align with organizational strategic goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into efficient technical architectures.

- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.

- Lead technical discussions, and provide mentorship to junior architects and developers.

- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the viability of proposed designs and solutions.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in mainframe systems architecture.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum Required: 9 years of experience in system architecture with a focus on mainframe technologies.

- Strong knowledge of mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
