## Description

We are looking for a Client Strategy Manager to join our team and support our growing client base in making better investment decisions.

As a Client Strategy Manager at YipitData, you will own and cultivate relationships with your clients, leverage product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement, and become a trusted resource for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Own and cultivate relationships with your clients

- Leverage product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement

- Become a trusted resource for our clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service

- Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally

- Create and execute on account growth & engagement strategies

- Manage commercial strategy by developing rapport with key decision makers, managing renewals, and identifying and executing on upsell opportunities

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant client-facing experience

- Ability to build strategic relationships within your book of business

- Passionate about making your clients successful and care deeply about their investment questions and process

- Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for your client base and materialize them through our research

- High-touch, high-volume client base management skills

- Self-starter and team player
