## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in Inverness, the heart of our store and a place where customers come to recharge.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing warm, five-star service to customers

- Making great food and drink recommendations

- Ensuring the café operates efficiently and effectively

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities

In this role, you will be required to work on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00-16:00, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

We are looking for someone who is digitally confident, able to work well under pressure, and committed to delivering five-star service.
