## Description

As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for providing consistently excellent laundry service to our guests while maintaining cost efficiency. You will assist the Laundry Master in ensuring that linens are processed and finished properly and consistently, and are ready for collection by operating departments on time. You will also perform embarkation duties as required, collect, stow, load, and distribute guest baggage as directed, and maintain working areas to the required standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing valet processing and service to the required company standard

- Processing linens as directed to ensure the product is finished properly and consistently and is ready for collection by operating departments on time

- Performing embarkation duties as required

- Collecting, stowing, loading, and distributing guest baggage as directed

- Maintaining working areas to the required standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance

You will also be required to operate Laundry machinery in accordance with manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Laundry Master, follow timekeeping rules, and create accurate MLC Hours of Rest records. Additionally, you will comply with Public Health requirements for the Laundry area and demonstrate commitment to the Company's values, beliefs, goals, and initiatives.
