## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Cheltenham Centrum, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, adapting to changing demands and priorities

- Work flexibly across various areas of the store, including early mornings

This is a part-time, Christmas-only role, requiring successful candidates to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
