## Description

Hogan Lovells' U.S. Employment Practice is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join their team in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery. They must have class and collective experience, strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong interpersonal skills.

The expected base salary range for this role is $260,000 to $435,000 per year. The firm offers additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
