## Description

WSP USA is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Civil Roadway Engineer/Project Engineer, for its Tamuning, Guam office. The successful candidate will provide design management, oversight, and delivery of multiple roadway projects on schedule. They will offer situational guidance to project managers and ensure that documentation and recommendations address risk, innovation, and future-ready opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure production of specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.

- Coordinate with other design disciplines and remote office locations.

- Collaborate with management to determine long-range plans and objectives.

- Manage projects, maintaining schedule, budget, and profitability.

- Lead projects through all aspects of Transportation Design.

- Mentor staff to support their growth and professional development.

- Remain current with the latest civil engineering techniques and practices.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.

- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and civil design.

- Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).

- Highly proficient with civil engineering principles, practices, and design applications.

- Significant experience working with DOT projects and clients.

- Demonstrated creativity, foresight, and mature engineering judgment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with State Department of Transportations.

- Experience with Territorial Department of Public Works or municipal or county projects.

- Strong experience in managing document review and approval in a multi-project environment.
