As a Storage AI Specialist, you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. You will design and build production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs). You will develop AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation systems that improve user productivity and business outcomes. You will implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources. You will fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and foundation models for accuracy, performance, safety, and cost. You will build scalable APIs, services, and platforms to serve AI models in production environments. You will establish monitoring, observability, and governance mechanisms to ensure responsible AI deployment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or closely related quantitative discipline.

- Typically, 6-9 years’ experience.

- Programming skills in Python, SQL, Java, Go.

- Experience with AI/ML tools such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain.

- Knowledge of Generative AI, including GPT, Claude, Llama, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, RAG, Agentic AI, Vector Databases.

- Experience with Cloud & MLOps, including Public Cloud (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, CI/CD.
