## Description

We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist to join our team at AVL Iberica, located in Mataró (Barcelona) with the option to work from Valladolid as well.

The successful candidate will manage recruitment and selection processes, support department tasks such as employee benefits and requests, and develop HR policies. They will use HR information systems to maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage recruitment and selection processes of personnel

- Conduct employee onboarding processes and help organize training and development initiatives

- Offer support to employees on various HR-related topics

- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

- Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies

- Improve job satisfaction by solving problems, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations

**Profile:**

- More than 1 year of experience in Human Resources

- Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures

- Familiarity with labor and employment legislation

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Team-oriented with a results-driven approach

- English level B2
