## Description

The MarketPoint Career Channel Team at Humana is looking for accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to join their team. As a Medicare Field Sales Agent, you will report to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales, and work as part of a collaborative team of 8-12 Medicare Sales Agents.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Building trust and educating individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings

- Creating meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits

- Driving self-generated sales, meeting performance goals, and expanding Humana's presence in the market

- Utilizing company-issued iPads and multiple digital platforms to support member consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up activities

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- An active Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain one prior to your start date

- Residency in the designated local territory

- Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and at community-based events

- A valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance

- Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile applications, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment

Preferred qualifications include:

- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License

- Background in selling Medicare products

- Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups

- Background in supporting Value-Based Care organisations

- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs

- Associate or bachelor's degree

- Bilingual in English and an additional language

This is a full-time, field-based role with a scheduled 40 hours per week. The pay range for this position is $31,800 - $123,800 per year.
