## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Vangarde Monks Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

You'll work varied shifts including Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 12:00 to 20:00, with potential to work full-time hours during peak periods around December 13th and 20th.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued

- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilising digital tools like Sparks and in-store devices

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, high-energy store environment

- Adapt to changing demands, working across different areas of the store

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
