## Description

We're seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to lead transformation and shape culture, driving performance and impacting quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Act as a champion of workplace safety, enforcing regulations and fostering vigilance.

- Lead a team to produce high-quality products, meeting or exceeding production targets.

- Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and address safety and quality issues promptly.

- Foster a positive work environment, motivating the team to achieve shared goals.

- Utilize data to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.

- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improving processes and driving innovation.

- Mediate conflicts fairly and build strong working relationships.

- Champion accountability and manage performance.

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.

- Proven track record of leading process improvements or cultural shifts.

- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
