## Description

We are seeking a Marketing Officer Channel Management Trainee to join our team in Beijing.

The role involves a 1-1.5 year training programme, focusing on project integration, cultural adaptation, and foundational development within AIA's marketing channel. You will participate in orientation, quarterly training sessions, and foundational rotations covering new agent development, business driving, and human resource development. Upon completing the initial phase, you will be assigned a specific role within the marketing channel team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing daily marketing training operations and delivering courses to agents

- Conducting team sales construction and practical training sessions

- Handling daily personnel development and promotion activities

- Overseeing routine marketing channel operations, product knowledge training, and sales activity planning

- Administering agent daily administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with regulations

- Supporting business training and development initiatives

Requirements:

- Full-time undergraduate degree or higher

- Adherence to AIA's cultural values

- Good reputation with no disciplinary records

- At least 3 years of work experience

- Strong English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening

- High adaptability, learning ability, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset

- Ability to deliver high-quality work results with traceable records

- Willingness to accept rotational assignments and relocation
