As a Senior Security Specialist, you will strengthen Razer's cybersecurity posture and drive high-impact security initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

- Leading vulnerability assessments across networks, applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure

- Planning and executing advanced penetration testing activities

- Reviewing, strengthening, and optimizing security controls

- Monitoring, investigating, and responding to security alerts and incidents

- Serving as an escalation point for complex security incidents

- Reviewing, validating, and prioritizing bug bounty submissions

- Collaborating with IT, DevOps, Cloud, Risk, and Compliance teams to embed security best practices

- Advising business stakeholders on security risks and secure decision-making

- Supporting security awareness initiatives and strengthening security culture

- Contributing to security strategy, standards, and continuous improvement

- Using AI-assisted tools and automation to improve security testing and workflows

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma, or professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and IT/information security

- Industry certifications such as Security+, CEH, OSCP, eJPT, eWPT, GIAC, or similar

- Demonstrated leadership in team guidance, project ownership, and cross-functional influence

- Strong experience with offensive and defensive security tools

- Solid understanding of network protocols, web application security, and threat detection methodologies

- Hands-on experience with AWS security controls, IAM, networking, and Linux system administration

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills

- Excellent communication and reporting skills

- Working knowledge of AI tools and automation

- Willingness to work on-site in i-City Shah Alam
