## Description

We are looking for a Red Bull Student Marketeer to join our dynamic team of brand and product ambassadors. As a Student Marketeer, you will be responsible for promoting the Red Bull brand and products at your university campus and in your region.

**Your Role as Brand Ambassador** You will embody the Red Bull brand personality and values, representing the brand through daily interactions with consumers and customers. Your tasks will include:

- Expanding the customer base by offering our products and increasing brand awareness through sampling

- Developing and implementing a tailored campus plan to engage students and make the brand experiential

- Building a strong network and relationships with key personalities in the region

- Promoting brand loyalty through authentic content on social media

- Participating in Red Bull events and sponsored activities to create unforgettable brand experiences

**The Perfect Implementation** You will deliver high-quality work, paying attention to detail in all aspects of your role. You will:

- Collaborate with the team, sharing ideas and feedback online and offline

- Plan and report your activities promptly and in detail using our online platform

- Contribute to the development of the Red Bull Media Business by providing regional insights and trend analysis

**Your Role as Sales Expert** You will build relationships with regional sales staff, ensuring the availability and visibility of Red Bull products in the market. Your tasks will include:

- Working with the sales team to create new distribution points for Red Bull on your university campus and beyond

- Utilizing relevant World of Red Bull channels to maintain a consistent brand presence

- Ensuring perfect implementation of defined in-store standards

**Requirements**

- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college

- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

- Excellent communication skills

- Charismatic, dynamic, positive, and open personality

- Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships

- Active participation in student life and in-depth knowledge of the university, city, and region

- Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit combined with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative

- Ability to balance part-time work and studies, with occasional availability on evenings and weekends

- High interest in acquiring and applying new knowledge, particularly in marketing, negotiation, and sales

- Well-connected with influential groups and individuals on campus

- Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and product

- Valid driver's license
