## Description

We are seeking a part-time Kitchen Maestro to join our team at Accor in Antofagasta, Chile.

As a Kitchen Maestro, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes, ensuring food safety guidelines are followed. You will also maintain the kitchen in excellent condition, including equipment and materials.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes, including buffets and individual plates

- Maintain the kitchen's physical and equipment conditions

- Control buffet consumption and replenish food as needed

- Follow hygiene and food safety regulations

- Provide information to customers about served dishes

- Adhere to environmental guidelines for selective waste collection and water and energy consumption

- Meet area goals and participate in mandatory training and development programs

- Collaborate with other areas to ensure operational continuity

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of cooking and food safety practices

- Experience in meat and fish production and distribution

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

- Knowledge of gastronomy is desirable
