## Description

We are seeking a Managing Consultant, Deploy to join our team. As a Managing Consultant, you will lead complex programs and/or multiple engagements independently, providing direction and leadership across a portfolio of work.

Deploy is a suite of consulting solutions designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for execution support, with a dual mission: deployment and value realization over the entire lifetime of major assets.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic client objectives

- Owning governance, execution planning, and delivery tracking across complex initiatives

- Driving alignment across senior stakeholders, managing escalations, and ensuring timely decision-making

- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and program outcomes

- Ensuring delivery translates into measurable value realization and sustainable business impact

- Contributing to business development by identifying opportunities to expand engagements and support proposal development

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- An undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques

- 2-3 years of Project Management experience

- Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies

- Relevant teamwork and client or internal stakeholder management experience

- Logical, structured thinking

- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)

- Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs

- Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis

Preferred qualifications include:

- Completed or interested in pursuing recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)

- Knowledge of Project Management tools

- Exposure to payments and/or retail banking or merchants

- Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutions
