The Starting Hourly Rate is $19.50 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $19.50 USD - $29.25 USD per hour.

As a Human Resources Expert at Target, you will be part of a team that champions change, proactively removes roadblocks, and builds diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on the company's guest-centric mission.

Your typical day will include:

- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Working with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs

- Leading focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates

- Supporting team member and leader training needs and advocating for continuous learning

- Being an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices

- Delivering on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption

- Be open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts

- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members

- Be able to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

- Have effective communication skills and be able to work both independently and with a team

- Be able to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot and have attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Be capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes
