## Description

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our McLaren Special Operations (MSO) team in Woking. As a Project Engineer, you will coordinate engineering activity across MSO programmes, ensuring timely and on-scope delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan, track and report engineering deliverables, milestones and programme risks.

- Lead Engineering Release activities and maintain MSO-responsible Bills of Materials (BoMs).

- Create, coordinate and manage engineering test plans and capture results.

- Record concerns, drive root cause analysis and manage resolution of issues raised during build or in the field.

- Work with the supply chain to secure on-time delivery of components and technical data.

- Maintain design guides, technical specifications and test specifications; support DFMEA and related activities.

- Provide technical input to support Design Engineers.

- Chair engineering meetings, produce clear action-focused minutes and ensure decisions are implemented.

- Support Product Data Management processes and ensure accurate BoMs and engineering records.

**Requirements:**

- Degree in Mechanical, Automotive or related engineering discipline.

- Experience in motorsport or OEM vehicle programmes, ideally low-volume/high-performance.

- Understanding of engineering release processes, configuration management and BoM control.

- Experience with DVPs, DFMEAs and engineering test plans an advantage.

- Practical knowledge of CAD deliverables and ability to review/check models and drawings.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

- Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
