## Description

Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to join their team in Singapore. As an Account Solution Engineer, you will manage ESMB organisations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops in English.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with organisations to drive tangible business outcomes through cutting-edge technology solutions. They should possess a keen ability to engage with both business and technology leaders at the highest levels, effectively communicating the transformative power of Salesforce.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing ESMB organisations across various industries

- Aligning innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts

- Partnering with clients and collaborating with internal team members to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions

- Business problem solving and innovation management

- Demonstrating connected experiences through software demos and rapid prototyping

- Developing and delivering customised solutions and demonstrations focused on Salesforce products

Requirements:

- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience required

- Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology

- Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience

- Fluency in English is a must to communicate with customers
