## Description

We are seeking an AI & Automation Intern to join our Product Engineering / NPI team in Kutna Hora, Czech Republic. As an intern, you will contribute to the digitalization and automation of manufacturing processes, focusing on practical applications of AI.

Responsibilities:

- Support the development and implementation of automation and AI-based solutions to simplify engineering workflows and improve efficiency.

- Test, troubleshoot, and debug defective product units, sub-assemblies, and process steps.

- Implement specified changes to product or process to reduce defects, improve quality, and lower costs.

- Develop understanding of and relationship with internal and outsourced partners for product development and manufacturing.

Requirements:

- Student in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.

- Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital technologies and their practical application in manufacturing.

- Basic experience with automation, data analysis, AI tools, scripting, or low-code solutions is an advantage.

- Good communication skills in English and Czech.

- Strong organizational, time-management, and planning skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a virtual and cross-cultural team.
