## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations in Kendal. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Ensuring the shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers

- Working flexibly across the store where needed

- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll need to be flexible, digitally confident, and able to work well under pressure. You'll be working part-time hours, with set shifts on Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 18:00 to 22:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Please note that this role involves operating mechanical equipment, so applicants must be over 18 years old to apply.
