## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Business Manager to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Kildare Village.

As an Assistant Business Manager, you will be a true brand ambassador, reflecting the Charlotte Tilbury values. You will drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets, support the Business Manager in day-to-day operations, and lead by example to promote exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving financial results and meeting sales targets

- Supporting the Business Manager in determining individual and team sales targets

- Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine enthusiasm for the company's performance

- Leading by example to promote exceptional customer service

- Coaching and giving feedback to the team

- Implementing individual and team development plans

- Creating a positive and cooperative team culture

- Proposing plans and events to unlock commercial success

- Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising and hygiene standards

You will report to the Business Manager and work with the retail team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Retail management experience
