## Description

Anduril Industries is a defence technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. We're looking for a Strategic Operations Analyst to join our team in Sydney.

As a Strategic Operations Analyst, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments, and Finance teams to identify problems, conceive solutions, and implement processes to improve our ability to buy, make, and deploy hardware quickly and correctly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building dashboards, tracking operational metrics, monitoring Product Line health scores, preparing data-driven reports for leadership, and refining KPI development for impactful reporting to inform strategic decision making

- Gathering data, identifying issues, preparing review materials, coordinating across regional teams, and tracking action items for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews

- Managing the funnel of production team system and process enhancement requests, categorizing/prioritizing, tracking status, and approvals, and coordinating implementation

- Conducting research, gathering data, building presentations, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking project milestones for strategic Product Line initiatives

- Assessing readiness of new regions/countries for expansion, benchmarking performance across regions, identifying gaps, and improvement opportunities

- Deep diving into key processes across the business, analyzing areas of improvement, and building plans to tactically execute process changes

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- 3-5 years of experience in Defence, Engineering, Technology, or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations, and Analytics

- An insanely high execution bar, and the ability to see projects through from conception to tactical completion

- The ability to use qualitative and quantitative skills to help create key analysis to influence and execute on operational decisions

- Product taste, and the ability to think through how business systems requirements should be shaped

- A knack for process, and the ability to identify how various parts of the operation string together

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
