## Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Earnings platform, integrating Machine Learning (ML) solutions to enhance user experience and drive product innovation.

**Product Vision & Strategy:** Develop and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Earnings platform, ensuring it leverages ML to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for users.

**Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and financial experts to build and optimize earnings-related features that enhance user engagement and financial well-being.

**Customer-Centric Solutions:** Ensure the earnings platform delivers seamless, intuitive, and personalized experiences that empower users to access and manage their earnings in real-time.

**Data-Driven Decision Making:** Use data insights and ML-driven analytics to optimize product features, predict usage patterns, and continuously improve the product’s performance and impact.

**Scalability & Innovation:** Build and enhance the underlying infrastructure to support large-scale earnings system, while identifying new opportunities to apply ML for predictive insights.

**Leadership & Mentorship:** Guide cross-functional teams, foster a collaborative and innovative environment, and mentor team members in applying data and ML to solve complex problems.
