### About the Role

As a Deputy Manager - Business Finance, you'll work with a team of 50+ professionals in domains such as Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management, and Taxation. You'll provide financial support to enable effective planning, analyze complex data, and coordinate with stakeholders.

### Responsibilities

#### Business Planning, Measurement, and Control

- Provide financial support for planning and apply budgeting and forecasting techniques.

- Manage planning ambiguities and provide advice on modelling, planning, and forecasting.

#### Financial Modeling, Analysis, and Problem Root Causing

- Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and risks.

- Build financial models and operate with oversight and leverage on the team.

- Prepare technical adjustments to budgets based on requirements and root cause analysis.

#### Business & Stakeholder Management and Decision Making

- Coordinate with stakeholders, address queries, and provide clarifications.

- Articulate data, information, and insights in a constructive manner.

### Requirements

- Qualified CAs with 1.5-3 years of experience.

- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing needs.

- Business and stakeholder communication skills.
