## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President - Journey Excellence and Transformation to collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.

The successful candidate will lead the development and evolution of Target Operating Models across Business Banking customer and operational journeys, conduct current-state assessments, define future-state operating-model components, and develop clear design principles to guide future-state structures.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations

- Participating in projects and initiatives to improve performance and optimisation efficiency and effectiveness

- Identifying industry trends and developments, and collaborating with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement

- Leading a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function

- Advising and influencing decision-making, contributing to policy development, and taking responsibility for operational effectiveness
