## Description

We are seeking a Product Development, Consultant (Manager) to support the product development and implementation process of various insurance products initiatives.

**About the Role** The successful candidate will collect market information, conduct internal and external product analysis, and derive product solutions and strategies to meet customer needs and competitive market environments.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and implement product design and development cycles in line with company strategies

- Develop product literatures, product launch packs, and presentation materials

- Conduct and review User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for different systems

- Oversee quality and manage timelines of materials delivered by team members

- Review product literatures from other departments to ensure accuracy

- Prepare business reports as assigned

- Coordinate and work closely with various departments

- Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS regular meetings

- Assist in various product maintenance tasks and ad-hoc projects

**Requirements:**

- University/College graduate with 6-7 years of working experience in insurance products development or related background

- Self-starter with good analytical ability

- Team player with positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills

- Creativity with innovative thinking and customer-oriented approach

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with business sense

- Project management skill is preferred

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
