## Description

Howden is seeking an Account Executive to join their dynamic renewals team in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will contribute to the Travel & Schools Strategy, focusing on tour operators, language schools, and independent schools.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop existing partnerships to drive growth and income

- Establish distribution methods to negotiate renewal rates and terms

- Ensure ongoing contact with partners to maintain positive relationships

- Exceed annual targets

- Ensure compliance with The AR framework

- Identify opportunities for leads to other areas of the business

- Attend partner meetings and client events

- Manage own diary and book appointments

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in the insurance industry (not essential)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport and adapt communication styles

- Multi-tasking and organisational skills with attention to detail

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)

- Cert CII (desirable)
